Focused, approachable, and driven by clarity, our treasurer is all about keeping a clear overview and making sure the foundation reaches their goals. She helps Ayaresa Foundation facilitate meaningful programs that support people in their well-being.

Creative and precise in equal measure, our board secretary makes sure every fresh idea is well noted and eventually executed. She turns insights into action and connects Ayaresa Foundation with the right people at the right time so their well-being is centred.
Remuneration Policy (EN)
Board members receive no remuneration for their work. A volunteer allowance may be provided if the financial position permits and this allowance remains within the tax limits (2026: maximum € 2,200 per year). Board members are entitled to reimbursement of actual expenses incurred and no excessive remuneration is provided.
Bezoldigingsbeleid (NL)
Bestuurders ontvangen geen beloning voor hun werkzaamheden. Er kan een vrijwilligersvergoeding worden verstrekt indien de financiële positie dit toelaat en deze vergoeding blijft binnen de fiscale grenzen (2026: maximaal € 2.200 per jaar). Bestuurders hebben recht op vergoeding van daadwerkelijk gemaakte kosten en er worden geen bovenmatige beloningen verstrekt.
